Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for accurate and timely execution of onsite, offsite, and technical organic tasks, including:
Keyword research
Metadata optimization
Google Business Profile optimizations
Schema creation
Research, reporting, and analysis
Execute research, reporting, SEO strategy support, and task management while embodying company values and pursuing professional growth.
Develop proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Yext, Screaming Frog, GTM, etc.) and assist with quarterly technical checks.
Create Google Business posts to support clients’ local ranking efforts, when applicable.
Support the organic strategy and execution of tasks by understanding clients’ goals and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all client deliverables are completed in a timely manner.
Assist with the maintenance of client strategies and roadmaps, call agendas, project management boards, and provide regular updates to clients.
Support research, strategy development, business development, and case study creation when applicable.
Support the creation of SEO and competitive audits by preparing templates and documenting relevant findings.
Organize and distribute call agendas, notes, and follow-up action items.
Manage reporting and tasks, collaborate with account managers, and leverage tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
Build and QA Looker reports, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
Use project management tools like Asana and Ninety to communicate the status of organic client and internal channel deliverables.
Responsible for prompt internal or external correspondence with account teams to meet deadlines.
Manage tasks independently, communicate effectively, and pursue ongoing learning and certifications.
Stay up to date with industry news and algorithm updates.
