Support annual performance reports, progress reports, scorecards, dashboards, executive briefings, and public-facing materials.
Conduct interviews, listening sessions, focus groups, and feedback activities to better understand employee, resident, business, and department perspectives.
Support employee, citizen, and business surveys, including planning, communication, analysis, reporting, and follow-up.
Partner with the Communications and Media Department to align messages, coordinate timing, and identify the best channels for different audiences.
Work with departments to improve understanding, participation, and follow-through on major initiatives and improvement efforts.
Help prepare materials for leadership discussions, employee sessions, department meetings, and public information efforts.
Perform other work as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in communications, public administration, organizational development, marketing, public relations, business administration, human resources, or a related field; and three years of progressively responsible experience in employee engagement, community engagement, strategic communications, organizational development, public engagement, customer experience, change support, survey work, or related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
P re-employment drug testing, FBI criminal background check, and education/degree verification required.
This position is considered Safety Sensitive and is subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
