Job Description

Responsibilities

Direct supervision over 2-3 team members
Developing, implementing, and measurement for performance management criteria for each direct report
Deliver keynote presentations at FIG virtual and live coaching events.
Proactively participate in the FIG New Agent/Advisor Recruiting Initiative(s)
Generate innovative ideas for consideration and implementation.
Test, experiment, and redirect marketing tactics to maximize success.
Analyze and report marketing campaign performance to internal team members as well as clients
Development and adherence by selected, approved, third party partners to our FIG Advisor Marketing scorecard/vendor management process
Direct supervision over 1 team member
Developing, implementing, and measurement for performance management criteria for each direct report

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred.
15+ years of marketing experience, specifically in a consultative, project, or relationship management function.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Accuracy and attention to detail
Self-development skills to keep-up to date with fast-changing trends
Driven, team player motivated to take responsibility and ensure successful project outcomes.
Experience within financial services and/or the life insurance industries
Experience with an advertising agency serving multiple unique brands
Experience supporting independent business owners

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred.
