Own the social content engine for a luxury design brand, coordinating creation, calendars and events with a focus on photography and analytics to drive brand storytelling across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest.

Social content creation and scheduling across multiple platforms.
Content calendar support plus email marketing and blog content.
Capture behind the scenes, installations, and events to fuel storytelling and engagement.

Responsibilities

Assist with managing IMI Design's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
Create and schedule social media content
Capture behind-the-scenes content, project installations, and company events
Assist with content calendars, email marketing, and blog content
Monitor social media engagement and analytics
Support marketing initiatives, special events, and brand-building activities
Assist with photography coordination, graphic design projects, and general marketing tasks

Requirements

Current college student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field
Strong interest in social media, marketing, and luxury brands
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
Scottsdale-based position
Minimum 20–25 hours per week
Flexible schedule

Preferred

Experience with Instagram, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools

We review your wish list, along with any images you have collected, and listen to your dream regarding the project. For additional assistance we have our proprietary questionnaire that asks a series of interesting questions and gives us a baseline perspective of you, your family, your lifestyle and your expectations for the project.Concept DevelopmentNow that we know you, we will take that information and begin developing the project concept. We will create drawings and floor plans and assemble material samples and images to convey the design direction of your project. Design DevelopmentOnce we have your approval on the overall concept we will begin fine tuning the design. During this phase, two things will happen: concept refinement and preliminary budget tracking.Specification, Documentation and Project Budget EstablishmentThis phase of the project formalizes the design development. This is accomplished by providing team members access to the information through our proprietary E-BinderTM system. The E-BinderTM will serve as the central, web-based repository for the most up-to-date documentation, drawings, specifications, image sheets and details relating to the project. ImplementationTo ensure our client’s best interest and to maintain design integrity we remain involved throughout the project. Our designers foster an overall team atmosphere for all members of the project. Throughout the implementation of the project we remain available to assist the contractor and architect in the resolution of any possible issue.
