Responsibilities

THE WORK YOU'LL DO - Serve as a reliable agency contact for client sponsorship, internal client departments and agency partners - Oversee B2B Hospitality Programming across multiple regions and events, with a focus on the Americas - Serve as the client liaison for Americas/B2B Hospitality and Product Service Integration - Manage a US based team to plan and execute high profiled B2B events - Integrate client's products and services into sponsorship programs - Serve as an experiential expert to ideate on innovative ways to convey client messaging through events and hospitality - Oversee B2B programming and Executive onsite management - Manage finance trackers, budgets, and program reconciliations - Develop sales decks and presentations to be presented to internal and external audiences - Support the agency experiences team as a key member of the hosting and hospitality vertical, bringing new insights and ideas to an evolving industry

Requirements

7-10-year(s) work experience in hospitality or experiential marketing and proven experience managing VIP and executive groups
Strong leadership presence, with the ability to communicate concisely, persuasively and effectively, across multiple mediums
History of building positive relationships, both internally and externally - finding opportunities to make valuable contributions with every interaction
Proactive, critical thinker who thrives when the pressure is on
Able to prioritize multiple projects with ease, handle deadlines, coordinate key timelines and perform under pressure with strong attention to detail
Exhibits emotional intelligence and can adapt to working with various personalities
Results driven and capable of working independently
Detail oriented with outstanding organization skills and maintain that standard of excellence and consistency across your team
Have demonstrated experience in positions requiring discretion, judgment, tact, and poise and you are reliable and trustworthy
Can lead client meetings, staff planning and keep all parties on task, on time and on budget

Preferred

Experience working internationally or as part of a global team.
First-hand experience working at a major event such as Olympics, FIFA World Cup etc.
