Own the editorial and copywriting workflow for internal/external communications and marketing content, driving quality, schedule adherence, and multi-project delivery across community and web assets.

Quality control and multi-project management to ensure timely, high-quality results

Editing, updating, and copywriting for internal/external communications, ads, and web content.
Community statements
Invitations, flyers and brochures
Website pages, emails and digital ads
Contributions to newsletters
Team Member profiles
Article writing
Proofing all collateral
Ensure projects and tasks are completed with high quality and on schedule
Manage multiple projects and remain flexible through revisions while maintaining a positive attitude and strong attention to detail

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Communications, English, or related field required
College graduate to one year’s worth of related experience required
Excellent writing (including proper spelling/syntax) and communication skills
Positive attitude and ability to be flexible
Strong Team player ethic
Strong word processing and organizational skills
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and able to handle deadlines and prioritize
A self-starter, conscientious about doing quality work on a timely basis
Customer-oriented attitude with a strong sense of urgency and constant follow-up
Able to accept and grow from constructive criticism
