Job Description

Responsibilities

As a Senior Marketer for SmartDollar, you’ll help companies bring financial wellness to their employees by increasing engagement with the SmartDollar benefit.
You’ll partner with Sales and relationship managers to support key enterprise clients.
Collaborate with writers and designers to create campaigns and communications
Present marketing initiatives that help organizations promote the benefit internally
This role includes occasional client travel (about 10–20%) to support meetings and strengthen relationships with key partners

Requirements

You have 6+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B marketing, product marketing, or agency account management
You have experience developing and executing product marketing and employee engagement campaigns, including but not limited to email, direct mail, presentations, and promotional assets, to increase awareness and usage of the benefit
You enjoy working with clients and cross-functional teams to bring marketing strategies to life
You have experience in owning the marketing automation and nurturing journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Management to support inbound and outbound pipeline generation for the SmartDollar Sales team to help drive engagement and results.
You are comfortable presenting ideas and partnering with creative teams to develop campaigns, communications, and marketing assets
You thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and priorities
