Upsells: Identify and recommend additional services — Google Ads, Facebook Ads, websites — that align with each client's goals.
Reporting & Analysis: Present SEO data in a way that highlights business outcomes and ROI, not just vanity metrics.
Client Retention: Build long-term relationships through exceptional service, proactive communication, and consistent follow-through.

Requirements

2+ Years of Experience: Client-facing SEO or account management experience required, preferably at a digital agency or with local service businesses.
Local SEO Knowledge: A strong command of Google Business Profiles, on-page SEO, backlinks, and citations.
Client-Facing Skills: You've led strategy calls, handled tough questions, and built real relationships.
Detail-Oriented: You can juggle multiple accounts without dropping a ball — and your Slack messages and reports are polished.
Growth-Minded: You're looking to take ownership, grow with a high-performing team, and make your mark in a fast-scaling department.

Preferred

Bonus Skills: Familiarity with GoHighLevel, GA4, Monday.com, and Slack is a major plus.
