Job Description

Responsibilities

Generate engaging and original content (copy, images, videos, etc.) that resonates with our diverse audience across Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok and YouTube
Collaborate with the strategist to ideate and execute social-first campaigns.
Attend and cover One Club events and initiatives
Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.
Adapt content strategies in real-time to leverage current trends and platform updates.
Assist in managing day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content consistency and brand alignment across channels.
Help track and report on content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Requirements

2+ years of experience in social media content creation
Ability to create, shoot and edit social first video content
Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
Excellent writing skills
Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software)
Ability to quickly adapt to new trends and technologies in social media.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
