Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage Marketing & Communications projects from intake through completion.
Build and maintain project timelines, schedules and priorities.
Coordinate work across content, design, digital, social media, print and communications.
Lead project kickoff meetings and communicate expectations with stakeholders.
Monitor deadlines and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks.
Keep stakeholders informed through regular project updates.
Ensure projects move efficiently through review and approval processes.
Balance competing priorities while maintaining quality and deadlines.
Manage Marketing & Communications requests submitted through the department's intake process.
Assist with campaign planning and execution across multiple channels.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, desired.
5+ years of project management experience in a marketing, communications, creative or other complex environment.
Ability to pass DHS background study.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated professionalism, discretion and executive presence when working directly with senior leaders and high-visibility stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Wrike, Smartsheet or similar.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
Healthcare or hospice experience preferred but not required.
Familiarity with creative production workflows.
Experience managing agency and/or vendor relationships.
Project management learning or certification is a plus.
