Job Description

Responsibilities

Support Account Managers in executing campaigns across Amazon Creator Connections and attribution platforms like Levanta and Wayward.
Manage affiliate and partner communication, including outreach, follow-ups, and relationship support.
Review, process, and track product sample requests for creator activations and campaign launches.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, creators, and publisher partners while researching content opportunities and promotional strategies to drive growth.
Maintain and update client dashboards for accurate, timely reporting.
Prepare weekly and monthly client-facing KPI presentations highlighting performance, insights, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Stay current on trends, tools, and best practices in Amazon affiliate and performance marketing.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in a marketing agency, preferably with affiliate marketing experience.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to uncover insights and optimize performance.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, comfortable handling high-volume, detail-oriented tasks with precision.
Motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into a client-facing role.
Technically proficient with Google Workspace and data processing/analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Preferably based in Los Angeles, CA. While this is a remote position, occasional in-person attendance is expected for quarterly team onsite meetings and outings.
