Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary marketing lead for assigned sports programs and secondary support for additional teams.
Develop and execute sport-specific marketing plans focused on: Attendance growth
Fan engagement

Plan and execute game-day marketing initiatives, promotions, and fan engagement activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Communications, Marketing, or Journalism.
Minimum one year of experience in Sports Communications or Sports Marketing required; two or more years preferred.
CPR/first aid certification required within six weeks of employment
California driver’s license required.

Preferred

Understanding of NCAA rules and regulations strongly preferred.
Working proficiency with SIDEARM Sports, StatCrew, NCAA Genius/NCAA Manager, StatBroadcast, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign strongly preferred.
Experience with still photography preferred.
