Manage full-life-cycle talent management, including hiring, staffing, feedback, and performance management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (preferred)
10+ years of brand strategy or market research experience in an agency setting (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, research tools (e.g., SERMO, Datamonitor), and social media platforms
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Strong understanding of agency offerings, pharma marketing, and industry trends
Expertise in brand strategy, promotional strategy, and AI platform utilization
Effective presentation skills and executive presence
Collaborative mindset with ability to build strong relationships
