Responsibilities

Strategic Lead: Serve as the primary strategic voice for clients digital marketing campaigns, learning their business models and defining overall marketing funnels and campaign goals.
Team Liaison: Collaborate directly with internal PPC, SEO, media, and creative teams to ensure client strategies are accurately executed and performance targets are met.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Interpret campaign data provided by our execution teams and present clear, meaningful performance reviews and recommendations to clients that highlight ROI and business growth.
Website & Brand Oversight: Oversee JRM’s internal website performance and brand updates, coordinating with technical team members to implement site improvements and content updates.
Balanced Workflow: Successfully balance internal brand initiatives alongside client-facing priorities through structured project management.
Sales Support: Partner with the business development team to join prospective client sales calls, providing strategic authority and technical clarity to help close new deals.
Client Retention & Growth: Seamlessly transition, retain, and identify growth opportunities within your book of business by proactively recommending strategic optimizations.

Requirements

Experience: 2–4 years of marketing, account management, or strategy experience, preferably within an agency environment.
Strategic Digital Literacy: A high-level understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, SEO, CMS) and how these channels integrate with broader media assets like WLNI and HOME Magazine. You must be comfortable communicating with technical specialists to bridge the gap between client goals and technical execution.
Data Interpretation: Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and reporting dashboards to translate complex metrics into clear, actionable insights for clients.
Client-Facing Confidence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with absolute comfort presenting strategies to decision-makers and participating in pitch calls.
Project Management & Detail: Highly organized with the ability to manage project timelines, keep internal teams aligned, and maintain high standards across all client deliverables.
