Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Lead the planning, setup, and management of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and paid search marketing channels.
Oversee website management using content management systems like WordPress, ensuring site content is optimized for SEO using advanced SEO tools and keyword research techniques.
Manage social media marketing efforts by creating engaging content, launching advertising campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to boost audience engagement.
Utilize web analytics reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and refine strategies for improved ROI.
Coordinate creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design needs and content creation purposes.
Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads through email marketing initiatives, and enhance conversion optimization efforts.

Requirements

Proficiency in SEO tools, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and web analytics reporting to track performance metrics effectively.
Strong technical skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website management and digital campaign setup.
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook Advertising and social media advertising campaigns.
Expertise in content creation, copywriting, graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite to produce compelling visual assets.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms to optimize email marketing efforts and nurture customer relationships.
Ability to analyze data through web analytics tools to inform strategic decisions in digital marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems to support online sales initiatives.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in website management and digital campaign execution.
