Responsibilities
- Plan and execute B2B and partner marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and ROI goals.
- Develop, communicate, and implement go-to-market plans for B2B products in the U.S. market.
- Coordinate with the Global Marketing Controller team and ASUS headquarters to align on vendor funding and budget planning.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on local market opportunities, product positioning, launch strategies, and competitive activity.
- Analyze customer, competitor, and product category trends and provide recommendations that support commercial business growth and partner marketing initiatives.
- Partner with ASUS team members and external business partners to ensure creative assets comply with partner funding requirements.
- Manage partner marketing budget planning and work with the accounting team to process vendor invoices accurately and on time.

- Strong understanding of brand strategy and marketing tactics for B2B and partner marketing.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships and external partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and communicate complex business issues clearly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while managing multiple priorities, budgets, and deadlines.
- Strong numerical aptitude; accounting or finance experience is a plus.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Positive, results-driven mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, or a related marketing function in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in consumer electronics, PC hardware, or the broader technology industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and collaborate as part of a team.
- Ability to travel domestically – approximately 20% travel.
