Job Summary

Own event execution and cross‑functional support for partnerships, tickets, and marketing touchpoints around the SAS Championship.

Event and activation ownership: assist the director with prep, vendor expo, and Media Day support

Market intelligence and performance: demographics research and campaign tracking to guide the plan

Job Description

Assist Event Director with day-to-day preparation and execution of event
Support Corporate and Community Partnerships department with partnership fulfillment
Responsible for tracking, accounting, and distribution of tickets to Corporate and Community Partners
Research market and target demographics to support overall marketing and sales plan
Track performance of tournament marketing and communication activities
Assist with implementation of special projects and grassroots marketing efforts
Maximize the activation and engagement of the Tournament’s admission and vendor expo area
Support engagement with key local media personalities and help execute Media Day
Assist with design and updating of the SAS Championship website
Other related duties/projects as reasonably assigned
