Own and evolve Snoozy’s brand identity and guidelines
Define typography, color systems, layout rules, and photography direction
Ensure all creative output is consistent and recognizable
Maintain consistency across email, social, packaging, and retail materials
Ensure a cohesive brand experience across digital and physical customer touchpoints
Manage the Creative Operations Manager and designers
Coordinate external agencies and photography/video vendors
Build scalable creative production systems and workflows
Work with the Director of Performance Creative to ensure ad creative aligns with the brand
Partner with Marketing to ensure campaigns reinforce the brand identity

Requirements

7+ years experience in brand leadership, design leadership, or creative direction
Experience with CPG, wellness, beverage, or consumer brands
Strong understanding of brand systems and visual identity
Experience managing creative teams and agencies
Ability to translate strategy into execution across multiple channels

Preferred

Startup or high-growth brand experience
DTC and retail brand experience
Experience in regulated industries such as cannabis, alcohol, or supplements
