Capture community events through photography and video to create compelling marketing content.
Write, edit, and produce content for websites, newsletters, social media, and other marketing channels.
Identify and develop resident and associate stories that highlight the unique culture of Roland Park Place.
Create, update, and audit printed and digital marketing materials in accordance with brand standards.
Assist with public relations efforts and coordinate with advertising agencies as needed.
Help plan and manage photography and video shoots, including organizing related assets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Experience with social media platforms, Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and Canva or similar creative software.
Basic website management and SEO knowledge.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
