Responsibilities

Design and build email, landing page, and SMS flows in Klaviyo
Write high-converting copy for email and SMS, using AI tools for drafting while owning strategy, editing, and final polish
Set up new automated flows and optimize the ones already running
Own performance against KPIs tied to sales conversion within Klaviyo

Requirements

Strong technical fluency in Klaviyo — flows, segmentation, automation, optimization
Experience with a fashion e-commerce brand or similar niche
Both a creative and a technical mind — equally comfortable writing copy and building backend logic
Comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow, with the judgment to refine and QA the output
