Job Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities

Source and identify TikTok creators that align with our brand, audience, and campaign goals
Conduct outreach to creators via TikTok, email, and creator platforms; manage a high volume of conversations
Negotiate basic deliverables, timelines, and rates within approved budgets
Coordinate the full content production process — briefing creators, collecting drafts, gathering feedback, and ensuring videos are delivered on time
Maintain and update a creator database/CRM, tracking outreach status, contracts, and performance
Monitor published videos and pull basic performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions)
Stay on top of TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and emerging creators
Support contract and payment coordination in partnership with internal teams

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, talent coordination, or a related role (internships count)
Deep, active familiarity with TikTok and creator/influencer culture
Strong written communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable doing high-volume outreach
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle many creators and deadlines at once
Comfortable with spreadsheets and/or influencer platforms (e.g., GRIN, CreatorIQ, Aspire) a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required

Existing relationships with TikTok creators or agencies
Experience negotiating creator deals
Basic understanding of paid media / TikTok Spark Ads
