Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on schedule, and aligned with business objectives.
Develop testing strategies, campaign schedules, and quality assurance processes to ensure successful execution.
Identify potential risks or issues early and recommend solutions to maintain campaign performance.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute initiatives that drive customer acquisition and engagement.
Use data and analytics to make informed recommendations and optimize marketing performance.
Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, reporting, and expense tracking.
Support invoice processing and vendor coordination to ensure timely campaign execution.
Coordinate legal, compliance, and creative reviews required for marketing initiatives.
Evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall customer experience.

Requirements

6–10 years of experience in digital marketing, acquisition marketing, or a related field.
Experience within financial services or another highly regulated industry is preferred.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn new marketing platforms and technologies.
Experience managing external partners, vendors, or strategic business relationships.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while meeting tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%) as needed.
