Own the fantasy football content lifecycle from ideation to distribution, driving engagement across X, Instagram, and TikTok while researching players, trends, and promos.

Lead content ideation, creation, and distribution for fantasy football audiences.
Collaborate with product and marketing to reflect FanDrill’s voice and community insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Monitor NFL news, injuries, depth charts, and fantasy trends.
Brainstorm and create engaging content for X, Instagram, and TikTok.
Write fantasy football content, promotional copy, and educational posts.
Use AI tools to accelerate content creation while maintaining originality and quality.
Research players, rankings, sleepers, and breaking news.
Help identify trending topics and opportunities to engage the fantasy football community.
Collaborate with the Product Team to provide feedback from a fantasy player\'s perspective.
Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and community engagement.
Help shape the voice and personality of the FanDrill brand.

Requirements

Lives and breathes fantasy football.
Wants to build a career in fantasy sports, sports media, product, or marketing.
Is a strong writer with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
Understands how to create content people actually want to read and share.
Knows what performs well on social media and enjoys creating engaging content.
Learns quickly and takes initiative without waiting to be told every step.
Is creative, curious, reliable, and enthusiastic.
Is comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and creativity.
Experience is not required.

Preferred

Has graphic design or short-form video editing skills (a plus, not required).
