Responsibilities

Department Growth & Team Leadership
Scale the Department: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing distributed team of strategists, junior support members, freelance writers, and visual designers.
Process Optimization: Standardize workflows to maximize productivity, finding faster, simpler, and cost-effective ways to deliver top-tier results.
Team Development: Provide ongoing training, clear directions, and continuous guidance to elevate overall team capabilities in social strategy and client communication in a remote environment.
Client Strategy & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary lead for client-facing social strategy, seamlessly pitching, presenting, and managing client expectations across various industries.
Conduct deep competitive research and industry analysis to position clients ahead of market trends.
Translate client business goals into highly engaging, creative monthly organic social and influencer campaigns.
Campaign Execution & Platform Management
Oversee the creation, maintenance, and growth of client social media profiles across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms.

Requirements

Location: Must reside and be legally authorized to work in the United States (100% Remote).
Agency Experience: Minimum of 68 years of dedicated professional organic social media and influencer marketing experience in a fast-paced agency setting.
Leadership Track Record: Demonstrated experience successfully growing a team and department structure.
Social Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of social media platform algorithms, industry best practices, and campaign management tactics.
Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills tailored for remote collaboration.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
Familiarity with social media ad management systems.
Google Analytics certification (preferred).
Basic SEO knowledge (preferred).
Creative Abilities: Experience in copywriting, creative writing, short-form video ideation, and asset direction (preferred).
