Job Summary

Own in-store customer engagement for Expo Home Improvement, driving interest, qualification, and appointment-setting while representing the brand across retail environments and events.

Own early-stage conversations with homeowners about remodeling projects

Participate in coaching and ongoing training to grow sales skills

Job Description

Responsibilities

Represent Expo Home Improvement inside retail stores, events, and shows
Talk with homeowners about bathroom, window, kitchen, and home remodeling projects
Generate interest and set qualified appointments for the sales team
Deliver excellent customer interaction and brand representation
Meet weekly appointment-setting and performance goals
Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and development

Requirements

Outgoing and comfortable talking with new people
Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation required
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work weekends and retail event schedules
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (e.g., event materials, signage)
Comfortable with prolonged periods of speaking and engaging with the public

Benefits

$18 per hour base pay
Performance bonus based on gross sales each pay period: 1–2 Gross Sales: $400 bonus per sale; 3–4 Gross Sales: $500 bonus per sale; 5–6 Gross Sales: $600 bonus per sale
