Own and drive cross-channel marketing content operations, from planning and vendor coordination to reporting and optimization, with a focus on content development, SEO, and cross-department collaboration.

Provide input and support with content creation and production collateral.
Manage an editorial planner to plan and execute content strategies.
Coordinate video production projects with external vendors, managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholder feedback, and project logistics.
Support the execution of text messaging program, coordinating timely outreach related to events, volunteer opportunities, donor engagement, and other text messages, as needed.
Assist in preparing reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
Organize and manage a content database and repository to ensure content is organized and easily accessible.
Stay up to date on industry news and best practices to continually improve marketing content efforts.

Requirements

Education
Associate’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field preferred (bachelor’s degree beneficial)
Experience & Skills
2+ years of marketing, communications, or public relations experience.
Strong proficiency with written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated project management and organization skills.
Experience in writing, editing, and non-profit marketing.
Familiarity with desktop publishing and design software.
Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
