Job Summary

Own and manage lo-fi content production pipelines from planning through publishing, coordinating with strategists, designers, and copywriters to deliver on-brand social content; lead brainstorming, script/storyboard development, and ensure timely delivery Across platforms.

Own end-to-end lo-fi content production for multiple social channels.
Oversee collaboration across creative, strategy, and client-facing activities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Content planning, including pre- and post-production tasks for lo-fi content shoots
Lead content brainstorm sessions and manage deliverables on all assigned accounts
Collaborate with Social Media Strategists, Marketing Strategists, Creative Designers and Copywriters to ensure content supports and strengthens user experience and meets outlined objectives
Generate scripts, shot lists, storyboards, wardrobe recommendations and prop lists for lo-fi content production
Collaborate on art direction for lo-fi content production
Manage raw footage and file organization for lo-fi content
Content creation, including creating engaging, eye-catching and high-quality content for social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X and Threads
Photography
Lo-fi videography, including filming on iPhone
Photo and lo-fi video editing

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred (Strategic Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, Film or Public Relations).
2-5 years of social media or agency experience preferred
Must be skilled in content creation, including photography, iPhone videography and photo and video editing
Must be skilled in basic lighting, composition and staging for lo-fi content creation
Must have the ability to compellingly communicate a brand’s story
Must have the ability to maintain client voice
Must have an extensive understanding of social platforms and how to tailor content to different stages of the marketing funnel
Must be a standout idea generator and problem-solver with excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be creatively-minded and forward-thinking
Must have high-level communications skills, both internal and client-facing
