Responsibilities

Founder Social Media: Work side-by-side with our CEO, Lauren, and Co-Founder, John, to build their personal brands. You will ghostwrite LinkedIn posts that capture their unique, authentic voices, plan the content calendar, and shoot/edit short-form video. Getting the nuances of their distinct voices right is critical.
Lead Magnets: Develop high-value lead magnets (guides, templates, and gated content) that prospects want to download. You will shape the concept, write the copy, and design the final asset.
Landing Pages: Build and optimize landing pages. You will own the copy, layout, and conversion details that turn traffic into qualified leads.
Web Management: Handle routine website updates to ensure our digital presence is always accurate, visually sharp, and functioning perfectly.
Outbound Outreach: Support our outbound pipeline using Apollo and Dripify. You will help craft highly personalized, human-sounding outreach messaging and assist with campaign management.
Analytics & Iteration: Monitor performance metrics across social posts, landing pages, and outreach campaigns, using data to refine your strategy.

Requirements

2-3+ years of experience in content marketing, ideally touching social, copywriting, and web.
Strong video editing and design skills, backed by a portfolio. Must be proficient in CapCut, Canva, or comparable tools, with comfort shooting short-form video.
Exceptional writing skills with a strong ear for voice. You must be able to ghostwrite as an executive and have it sound authentic, not like a brand account.
Comfort pulling performance data, reading the room, and adjusting tactics accordingly.
You must be based in Michigan. While the day-to-day work is fully remote, we require one in-person video shoot per month in Metro Detroit.

Preferred

Experience managing personal brands or founder-led content.
B2B outbound campaign experience (Apollo, Dripify, or similar).
Curiosity about Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI visibility.
Experience with standard CMS and landing page platforms (e.g., Framer, or similar).
