Job Description

Responsibilities

Create original photography and video content across all Daniel Humm Hospitality brands, including @elevenmadisonpark, @clementebar, @elevenmadisonhome, @hummrestaurant, and future concepts
Develop and maintain social media content calendars in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager and Communications Manager
Own the day-to-day management of social media calendars, ensuring consistent publishing and alignment with marketing priorities across all brands
Produce, edit, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms
Spend time in the restaurants identifying, capturing, and developing authentic stories that showcase the people, food, beverage, design, products, and guest experience
Proactively pitch creative content ideas that align with marketing priorities and business goals
Support the execution of social media campaigns surrounding restaurant openings, menu launches, product launches, events, collaborations, and special projects
Collaborate with the Communications Manager to translate campaign messaging into engaging social media content while maintaining each brand's distinct voice
Build strong relationships with kitchen, dining room, and operations teams to ensure a steady flow of fresh content opportunities
Manage comments, direct messages, and community engagement across social platforms

Requirements

4 years of experience
4+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing for a brand, agency, or hospitality business
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing original photography, videography, and social-first storytelling
Experience managing editorial calendars and publishing workflows across multiple social media accounts
Experience producing and editing photo and video content for digital platforms
Experience organizing digital asset libraries and preparing photography for marketing, press, and cross-functional stakeholders
Experience supporting on-site photo and video productions, including coordinating logistics, shot lists, and creative execution
Experience using social media scheduling platforms such as Later
Experience using Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, and native social media analytics
Working knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to interpret performance data to inform content decisions

Preferred

Excellent photography, videography, and content editing skills
Exceptional creative judgment and a strong eye for visual storytelling
Working knowledge of social media strategy, analytics, and editorial calendar management
Ability to identify compelling stories and translate them into engaging social-first content
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social media trends
Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing large photo and video libraries
Strong attention to detail and file management skills, with the ability to efficiently organize and retrieve creative assets
Basic graphic design skills with an eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Curious, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative
