Own the Gadget marketing scope by shaping how guests discover and engage with technology, and drive growth across Tech Accessories, Wearables, Family Gaming, and Capture & Connect through Center Stage and exclusive partnerships.

Portfolio-driven growth: set integrated campaigns and programs across multiple gadget categories to lift guest engagement and sales.
Omnichannel leadership: orchestrate experiences and partnerships that unify in-store, online, and event touchpoints.
Data-informed storytelling: translate guest insights and market signals into bold, measurable strategies that influence cross-functional bets.

Job Description

Lead strategic evolution of Gadget marketing across Target to shape how guests discover, engage with, and experience technology.
Develop integrated marketing strategies that accelerate growth for Tech Accessories, Lifestyle Wearables, Family Gaming, and Capture & Connect with initiatives like Center Stage, emerging tech, exclusive partnerships, and omnichannel experiences.
Collaborate across teams and external partners to translate guest insights into compelling, measurable programs and campaigns that drive enterprise sales and brand equity.
Shape long term vision and portfolio priorities to maintain Target as the destination where style, innovation, functionality, and value cohere for guests.
