Requirements

experience managing and growing social accounts for a creative, entertainment, media, technology or similarly culture-driven brand.
a strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand awareness, audience behavior, positioning and conversion.
deep knowledge of tiktok, instagram and youtube, and an understanding of the different role each platform plays.
experience building social strategies and content calendars, not just executing individual posts.
comfortable defining KPIs and using analytics to understand what is working, what isn't and where we should invest next.
understands organic and paid social and how content, distribution and marketing spend work together.
strong visual taste and an understanding of filmmaking, storytelling, pacing, framing, lighting and performance.
able to shoot content independently when needed.
basic editing skills in premiere pro, davinci resolve or similar professional editing tools.
highly organized and able to take ownership without needing someone else to constantly decide what should be posted next.

Preferred

additional experience we value: - background in marketing, communications, entertainment, film or media. - experience working with film, entertainment, creative technology, or creator-focused brands. - advanced editing and motion graphics skills, with proficiency in adobe premiere pro and after effects. - comfortable operating professional camera equipment and confident with the fundamentals of lighting, framing, and on-set production. - experience with paid social, creator partnerships or influencer campaigns. - strong understanding of youtube strategy, including titles, thumbnails, retention, shorts and long-form. - experience helping build the voice and audience of an early-stage brand. - you're already making, studying or experimenting with content because you're genuinely interested in it.
