Build an integrated global strategy across Paid Search, SEO and GEO, translating business priorities into where and how Brady needs to show up.
Optimize paid search budgets funded by the business units. Create simple scorecards that show what's working, where opportunities exist and when investment should flex up, down or shift.
Strengthen Brady's authority across priority categories and build our GEO strategy and capabilities as AI changes how customers discover and evaluate solutions.
Identify the content needed to win across SEO and GEO, working with business and regional teams to develop and activate it.
Shape how we bring Brady and our newly acquired business together under one brand, including keyword strategy, search authority, digital destinations and where customers should land based on their intent.
Partner closely with business leaders to shape Search & Discovery strategy, bringing a strong point of view on where Brady should compete, where opportunities exist and how investment should shift. Balance business priorities with enterprise-wide opportunities, using insights, data and expertise to challenge thinking and drive better decisions.
Determine the right team structure, agency model, tools, processes and global/regional ways of working for this new capability.
