Own and execute Pinky Swear Foundation’s social media and digital outreach, from content creation and engagement to media relations and paid campaigns.

Lead content strategy and posting across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Coordinate media relations, press releases, and partnerships.
Track performance and optimize campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage Pinky Swear's social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
Write captions and engage with followers.
Capture photos and videos at events and community activities.
Create short-form videos.
Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
Stay current on digital marketing and social media trends.
Write press releases.
Pitch stories to local, regional, and national media.
Coordinate interviews and media requests.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of marketing or communications experience.
Highly collaborative, creative, curious, energetic, and self-directed with demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
Must love social media.
Willingness to support in-office activities and events as needed.
Commitment to Pinky Swear Foundation’s mission, vision, and values.
Preferred experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft Office Suite
