Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and Track: build campaigns in their respective platforms across CRM, email, social, and in-app messaging, and configure the tracking, UTMs, and attribution that ensure every campaign is measured accurately from launch.
Report and Measure: deliver consistent, reliable reporting on campaign performance, including ROI. Establish a dependable reporting cadence so leadership always has a current view of what is working.
Analyze and Advise: speak confidently to the data, interpret campaign results, surface the story behind the numbers, and make strategic recommendations for improvement.
Consolidate and Automate: use AI and integration tools to build dashboards and consolidated reports that unify data from across our systems, including where no native integration exists.
Own the Stack: maintain the integrations that pass data between the CRM, marketing automation, email distribution, social platforms, and in-app messaging. Protect data integrity through deduplication, field mapping, and ongoing list hygiene.
Strategize: develop digital marketing and Account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns in collaboration with stakeholders across the organization that meet the desired business outcomes.
Execute: roll up your sleeves and execute the strategy including content development, basic design, and digital channels (that may involve the support of vendors). Constantly measure and test to look for opportunities to optimize results.
Support Demand and Pipeline: support lead generation and pipeline development by building the programs, lifecycle stages, and lead routing that move prospects through the funnel, and equip the business development team with the leads and intelligence they need.
Contribute Content: pitch in on content creation when the team needs it. We pride ourselves on being versatile marketers who move across disciplines, and everyone contributes to the work.

Requirements

Four years of experience or more marketing B2B software required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education / experience required
Extraordinary project management skills
ABM and broad marketing cross-channel campaign development and execution
Hands-on experience with in-app messaging and product adoption platforms such as Userpilot
Working command of the full digital funnel, including lead generation, lead scoring and lifecycle stages, pipeline development, and conversion optimization
Practical SEO experience, including on-page optimization and performance tracking
Understanding of how data passes between marketing platforms, with comfort handling field mapping, integrations, and data structure
Development, implementation, and management of a social media presence
Generation of campaign metrics and knowledge of KPIs and campaign optimization
