Responsibilities

Powering Campaign Execution
Own intake and complete program builds for select stakeholders, helping teams move faster while staying aligned to best practices
Clone approved program templates and populate program data using provided token information for review and approval
Ensuring Quality, Consistency & Scale
Review and QA programs built by teams with Marketo access, helping maintain a high bar for quality, consistency, and scalability
Partner with Marketing Operations Manager to document and reinforce campaign operations standards across the organization
Building the Foundation for Growth
Create, maintain, and improve program build guides and operational documentation
Support change management communications when processes, tools, or standards evolve, helping teams understand what’s changing and why
Contribute ideas to improve workflows, templates, and operational efficiency as the marketing organization grows

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or campaign support.
Working knowledge of Marketo or another marketing automation platform (Marketo strongly preferred).
Strong attention to detail and comfort with QA processes, checklists, and documentation.
Ability to follow established processes while also contributing to their continuous improvement.
Clear written communication skills for documentation and internal enablement.
Comfortable managing intake requests and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred

Experience supporting event marketing or webinar programs
Familiarity with tokens, templates, and scalable program frameworks
Experience working in a B2B marketing environment
Exposure to change management or internal communications
