Responsibilities

Champion brand values and guidelines.
Assist in the development of an annual Marketing Plan, including a media schedule and other marketing tactics with key performance indicators (KPIs) aligning with the strategic objectives of the Credit Union.
Develop strategic, optimized and differentiated sales collateral and digital content
Prepare and maintain presentation materials and templates for Executive and Credit Union-wide presentations.
Ensure marketing content is reviewed for compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage the Credit Union’s social media presence, including posting with appropriate frequency and voice
Monitor, track, analyze and report data and KPIs using Integrator Advance and analytics platforms
Actively participate in ongoing efforts to continually improve Member service.
Keep abreast of current NCUA, CFPB, and State/Federal regulatory guidelines.
Maintain continued communication with Member-facing business units to ensure marketing priorities are aligned with departmental goals and marketing initiatives are being executed.

Requirements

At least two years’ experience in a financial institution with similar job functions.
Strong interpersonal skills (oral and written communications, active listening, positive attitude, deportment).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
