Job Description

Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Marketing
Develop and execute an event marketing strategy aligned with business priorities and revenue goals.
Evaluate industry events, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities to recommend participation based on strategic value and expected ROI.
Build and manage the annual event calendar in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
Establish event objectives, KPIs, and success metrics that align with marketing and sales goals.
Continuously optimize the event portfolio through data, insights, and post-event analysis.
Event Planning & Execution
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of trade shows, customer events, executive programs, and industry conferences.
Manage all event logistics, including contracts, vendors, venues, exhibits, travel, shipping, and onsite operations.
Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with Momentive's brand standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, or integrated marketing.
Experience planning and executing trade shows, conferences, customer events, or similar marketing programs.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget expectations.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms.
Experience with event management software and marketing technology platforms.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong business acumen with an understanding of how events contribute to marketing and revenue objectives.
Strategic thinker with excellent project management and organizational skills.

Preferred

Experience marketing to associations, nonprofits, or SaaS organizations.
Experience supporting executive-level customer events.
Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) or integrated campaign execution.
