Responsibilities

Manage and grow Goldwater’s social media presence across major platforms.
Create and schedule social media content, graphics, and promotional campaigns.
Write content for social media, websites, email marketing, and other communications materials.
Design graphics, infographics, presentations, reports, handouts, and other print and digital materials.
Create and edit video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Maintain and update website content using WordPress.
Support digital marketing, email campaigns, webinars, events, podcasts, and other communications initiatives.
Monitor performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve audience engagement and reach.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in communications, marketing, social media, digital content creation, or a related field.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars.
Experience creating graphics and marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Experience editing video content for social media and digital platforms.
Experience managing website content using WordPress or similar content management systems.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Location Phoenix preferred. Will consider remote (United States)

Preferred

Preferred Experience with email marketing platforms, digital advertising, SEO, and analytics.
Experience in nonprofit, public policy, advocacy, journalism, or political communications.
