Job Description

Responsibilities

Graphic & Digital Content: Design creative for websites, digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, catalogs, advertisements, dealer communications, and other marketing channels.
Create social media graphics and reusable templates for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Resize and adapt campaigns across multiple digital formats while maintaining consistent branding.
HubSpot & Email Marketing: Design and build branded email templates and campaign graphics within HubSpot.
Create email headers, hero graphics, product callouts, dealer announcements, newsletters, and promotional assets.
Maintain reusable email and digital template libraries for RETAY, BREDA, and AEGIS.
Assist with campaign setup, testing, scheduling, and execution within HubSpot.
Work with the marketing team to ensure email creative displays properly across desktop and mobile.
Support ongoing development and organization of our HubSpot marketing platform.
Marketing Coordination: Help manage the marketing calendar, creative requests, deadlines, and campaign deliverables.

Requirements

2–4 years of professional graphic design, marketing coordination, creative production, or related experience.
Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong portfolio demonstrating professional design ability.
Experience creating digital and print marketing materials.
Experience designing social media and digital campaign assets.
Ability to prepare files for professional printing and production.
Strong organization and project coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, brands, deadlines, and creative requests simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
Ability to take a creative brief, ask the right questions, and independently deliver finished work.

Preferred

HubSpot email marketing, campaign setup, and template development.
AI image generation and advanced AI-assisted Photoshop workflows.
AI video production using Runway, Veo, Kling, Higgsfield, or similar platforms.
Motion graphics and short-form video editing using After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
Product or lifestyle photography and Lightroom/Capture One.
3D product rendering using Blender, KeyShot, or similar tools.
Figma, HTML/CSS, or web design experience.
Advanced print and prepress production experience.
Experience designing for trade shows, exhibits, retail displays, or experiential marketing.
Experience coordinating marketing projects, vendors, or campaign calendars.
