Job Summary

Own the rebuild and launch of the affiliate and partnerships program at Mito Red Light, from a full audit and 90-day restructuring to building new net-new functions, pipelines, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong focus on measurement and incremental revenue growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Program restructuring (first 90 days) - Audit the existing publisher base; remove underperforming, non-incremental and off-brand partners
Move sub-network relationships to a whitelist-only basis and negotiate publisher-level data access
Implement a tiered commission framework by partner category, replacing the current flat ~7% blended rate
Tighten coupon and code controls, including approved-code restrictions and checkout entry point review
Partnerships (net new function) - Build and own a partnership motion that doesn&apost exist here yet: brand collaborations, co-marketing, retail and channel partners, practitioner and clinical networks, and category-adjacent brands
Source, pitch, negotiate and structure deals end to end, including commercial terms and success metrics
Build the pipeline, tracking and reporting infrastructure for partnerships from zero
Identify where partnerships should stay marketing-led vs. hand off to B2B sales, and manage that boundary
Affiliate partner recruitment and mix - Rebalance the publisher mix toward creators/influencers (~30%) and content/editorial (~25%)
Launch and manage Mito on creator platforms including ShopMy and LTK, and own commission-based creator relationships end to end (our social team owns non-commission influencer, UGC and organic creator work — you'll coordinate closely with them, but the affiliate and commissionable side is yours)

Requirements

5+ years managing affiliate and/or partnership programs, ideally in DTC ecommerce
Hands-on experience with an affiliate network or platform (Impact, Awin, Rakuten or similar) — you can build tracking links, set commission rules and pull reporting yourself
Demonstrated experience recruiting and negotiating with content, editorial and creator partners — not just managing an inbound queue
Strong analytical fundamentals: comfortable in spreadsheets, comfortable being skeptical of last-click attribution
Track record of growing a channel's contribution to overall revenue, with numbers you can speak to
Experience building something from scratch — a program, a function, a process — not just inheriting and running one

Preferred

Premium, luxury or considered-purchase brand experience (our devices carry a high AOV and a long consideration cycle)
Business development or partnership deal experience alongside affiliate
Paid media literacy — enough to understand how affiliate and partnerships interact with paid acquisition
Experience with ShopMy, LTK or similar creator commerce platforms
Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo
Background in wellness, beauty, skincare, fitness or health devices
Experience transitioning a program from agency-managed to in-house
