Responsibilities

Support the daily execution and organization of assigned client accounts
Assist with influencer marketing campaigns, creator research, outreach, tracking, approvals, and deliverables
Communicate professionally with creators, talent managers, brand partners, clients, and internal team members
Support brand partnerships, product campaigns, launches, retailer promotions, and seasonal marketing initiatives
Assist with social media planning, scheduling, publishing, and content calendars
Manage assigned affiliate and monetization input across LTK, Amazon, ShopMy Mavely, and additional client platforms
Maintain campaign trackers, account documentation, deadlines, approvals, links, and client information
Assist with blogs, newsletters, Pinterest, affiliate content, product research, and additional marketing initiatives
Support Canva graphics, affiliate collages, product roundups, and social media assets
Assist with weekly and monthly analytics reporting across assigned accounts

Requirements

1 to 2 years of professional experience within a marketing agency, established company, brand, talent management company, or similar professional environment
Professional experience supporting influencer marketing, social media, brand partnerships, affiliate marketing, content, or digital marketing
Experience managing multiple projects, campaign trackers, deadlines, approvals, and deliverables simultaneously
Strong professional written communication skills for correspondence with creators, talent managers, brand partners, clients, and internal team members
Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through on assigned responsibilities
Ability to identify questions, issues, or account needs that should be escalated to a senior team member
Comfortable learning, navigating, and troubleshooting new marketing platforms, software, and tools
Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced professional office environment

Preferred

Previous professional experience within a marketing agency
Experience supporting influencers, creators, founders, fashion brands, lifestyle brands, or consumer brands
Experience with influencer campaigns, creator outreach, brand partnerships, gifting initiatives, or talent manager communication
Working knowledge of LTK, Amazon, ShopMy, Mavely, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Substack, Pinterest, TikTok, WordPress, Shopify, and Google Workspace
Familiarity with affiliate links, product collections, storefront management, blogs, newsletters, and content scheduling platforms
