Job Description

Responsibilities

Own and operate advertising portfolios across key marketplaces, executing strategy and establishing systems to hit KPI’s consistently.
Maximize first order acquisition for the brands in marketplaces while hitting their revenue and ROI targets.
Analyze and understand the unique e-commerce and consumer behavior trends to tailor strategies for each marketplace. Build and continue to adjust customer avatars for advertising targeting cross-functionally with the help of Brand Managers.
Define and track advertising relevancy metrics to assess performance and identify areas for optimization.
Maintain strong optimization routine and structure utilizing Scale Insights and other relevant tools to hit weekly and monthly TACOS, ACOS, and PPC revenue targets.
Manage global advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize ROI while maintaining budget discipline.
Ensure that the revenue and acquisition targets are met by brand.
Run historical reports and create analysis for Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop sales and advertising spend.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in digital, business, marketing, or finance (with a bias to analysis) preferred.
5+ years of experience of the Amazon.com seller platform or digital advertising experience.
Experience navigating and using PPC softwares; preferably Scale Insights or similar.
Experience with analytics and running reports that are shared with key stakeholders.
Experience with planning, budgeting, and executing advertising strategy for product launches.
Strong understanding of Marketplace Advertising platforms including Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.
Experience with Amazon DSP and OTT is preferred.
Advanced Excel Skills – create formulas, pivot tables, charts, and graphs.
Advanced PPC/Advertising Software: Be able to maneuver and manipulate campaigns and get granular to the keyword level of bid adjustments and reporting.
Familiarity with Scale Insights or similar is preferred.
