Respond to comments, messages, and guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Track social media performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics

Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and special events
Create and distribute newsletters and guest communications

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, communications, or a related field
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and community engagement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience creating and editing short-form video content
Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools
Experience with email marketing platforms and content scheduling tools preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Passion for hospitality, restaurants, food, wine, and guest experience

Preferred

Experience with hospitality, food and beverage, wine, luxury, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
