Create and edit professional short-form videos, reels, before-and-after content, and customer testimonials
Maintain a consistent posting schedule across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
Manage and optimize our Google Business Profile, including posts, photos, services, reviews, and local visibility
Manage Yelp, Meta advertising, local magazines, directories, and additional marketing channels
Create marketing campaigns that generate qualified, high-intent homeowner leads
Improve brand positioning, online reputation, and customer engagement
Coordinate printed materials, project showcases, email campaigns, and promotional offers
Track lead sources, cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on advertising spend
Provide clear weekly performance reports and recommendations

Requirements

Proven experience marketing a construction, home-improvement, landscaping, outdoor-living, or similar local service business
Strong video-filming and editing skills
Experience managing Google Business Profile, Yelp, Meta Ads, and social-media platforms
Understanding of local SEO, reputation management, lead generation, and marketing analytics
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and consistently execute
Reliable transportation and availability to visit projects throughout the Los Angeles area
