Job Summary

Own and drive the end-to-end digital marketing and social media program, from content creation and calendar management to campaign optimization and cross-functional execution.

Lead content development, scheduling, and asset production for social channels.

Coordinate with internal teams and partners to execute launches and events.

Support the development and execution of digital marketing, social media, and consumer marketing initiatives.
Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms and digital communities.
Maintain and manage social media and content calendars to ensure timely campaign execution.
Develop social media posts, graphics, videos, reels, product content, and other digital marketing assets.
Monitor social media engagement, audience behavior, industry trends, and competitive activity.
Support the execution and optimization of organic and paid digital marketing campaigns.
Assist in developing content that enhances brand awareness and audience engagement.
Support product launches, promotional campaigns, go-to-market initiatives, and brand-building activities.
Assist with website updates, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing channels.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, digital media, content creation, social media, or a related role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, coordination, and project management capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.

Preferred

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation and design tools.
Experience creating and editing short-form video content.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and content management systems.
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
Experience using AI tools for content creation and marketing productivity.
Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, wellness, consumer products, or other regulated industries.
