Responsibilities

Own Indeed’s overall YouTube strategy in partnership with global social leads to establish a best in class dual audience enterprise program
Own YouTube channel management and optimization, including content strategy, publishing standards, audience engagement, and platform best practices
Continually evaluate content and platform performance and research social and search trends to inform content development and strategy
Partner with Content, SEO, AEO, GEO, Social, and Media teams to identify content opportunities, improve search visibility, and align YouTube efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
Drive business impact by connecting YouTube content to the broader Indeed ecosystem

Requirements

Requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or a minimum of 8 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience.
Robust and proven organic platform expertise on YouTube particularly building and running brand channels with a deep understanding of search (i.e. AEO/GEO)
Experienced in developing successful social media strategies through engaging content and effective channel management
Skilled in social media analytics and adept at making data-based decisions and recommendations
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Experience working with creative agencies, cross-functional partners, and creators/influencers
