Program Execution & Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and aligned with client goals while maintaining a strong understanding of the broader communications strategy.
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Coach and support junior team members, delegate work effectively, and foster collaboration across account teams to deliver high-quality results.
Strategic Communications Support: Develop key messages and contribute ideas that strengthen client programs, support campaign objectives and create opportunities for impactful storytelling.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in public relations, preferably within an agency environment.
Proven experience securing earned media coverage through strategic pitching, media outreach and content development.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling stories and messaging across multiple formats.
Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to view client programs through both creative and business lenses.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative, proactive and results-oriented, with the confidence to contribute ideas and perspectives during team discussions and brainstorming sessions.
Experience mentoring junior team members and working effectively across teams to achieve shared goals.
