You will be accountable not only for brand elevation, but for measurable traffic, sales lift, and franchisee confidence across a rapidly expanding footprint.
You’ll:
Set the brand vision and marketing strategy for a rapidly expanding franchise system
Drive menu innovation that fuels traffic, loyalty, and differentiation
Build and inspire high‑performing teams while fostering deep trust with franchisees and partners
Turn insight, data, and creativity into sustainable growth
Brand & Marketing Leadership
Deeply understand our franchise model—and design national and local marketing that fuels new store openings, same-store sales growth, and long-term brand equity.
Set and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that scales across 900+ locations, balancing national brand building with local relevance while always keeping customer engagement and satisfaction at front of mind.

Requirements

15+ years of progressive marketing experience
8+ years in a senior, strategic leadership role
Proven success leading large, multi‑layered teams (20+ members)
Deep experience in franchised organizations (required)
Background in QSR, restaurant, or retail
Experience scaling within large, high‑growth organizations (500+ units)
Strong command of agency management, contracts, and partnerships
A metrics‑driven mindset paired with creative vision
Exceptional communication and executive presence
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
