Own the end-to-end copy editing of marketing materials across digital banners and decks, preserving voice while aligning multilingual source material with final creative and collaborating with fellow editors under tight deadlines.

Copy edit documents of varying length and complexity, from digital banners to presentation decks
Address issues without losing the writer’s voice
Compare source documents in Spanish or French to final creative to ensure a match
Collaborate with other copy editors
Perform simple fact-checking

Requirements

Proficient in AP style and Chicago Manual of Style
Comfortable working in Microsfot Office as well as Adobe Acrobat
Expert-level command of English
Strong attention to detail
Strict adherence to deadlines
Ability to shift focus based on changing priorities
Understanding of marketing (style)
Comfortable working independently
Comfortable taking criticism
Comfortable working in and/or learning project management platforms

Preferred
