Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop data collection approaches and reporting frameworks that support the integrated marketing dashboard including Program, Board and Committee reporting (e.g., quarterly board reports), internal program updates (e.g., bi-weekly program reporting), and decision making.
  • Strategic Analysis: Oversee the tracking and evaluation campaign metrics. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses that provide operational insights and recommendations to support project improvements. Analyze campaign outcomes and operational data to inform recommendations for improvements and support decision-making related to implementation activities and project effectiveness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Create, enhance, document, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives across marketing campaign plans, production schedules, creative and technical project deliverables, and workflow processes.
